In Loving Memory of my Uncle Nelvin McClure TRIBUTE TO A FRIEND People came from miles around, To say goodbye to the sweetest man in town. He wasn't just a husband, an Uncle and a Father, He was a friend to many and unlike any other. He always had a smile on His face, And to his family he gave a warm embrace. He was one of a kind, A real rare jewel. He always knew how to make you smile, When life was hard and sometimes cruel. He was my buddy and I will never forget, All those times he picked on me, But I know it was in jest. He was such a kind and gentle man, Always there to lend a helping hand. He always told me that if he didn't pick on me, I would think he didn't like me. He always knew how to set my heart free. He left behind five great kids and a wonderful wife, But only for a little while, They will see you in the next life. I thank God that you knew Him and can't wait to be, Right beside you by the crystal sea.
