HEAVEN

I sometimes wonder what heaven will be like,
a place where there will be no crying,
and a place of perfect peace.
when I get to heaven what a day that will be.
I will see my saviour face to face,
the One who died for me.
I will see my old friends again,
and tell them it’s good to be home.
thank you jesus for the blood you shed for me,
all the suffering you went through,
just to set me free.
you died not just for me but for everyone,
you died so that we might yet live and not die spiritually.
since he died for me, 
I’m gonna live each day to the fullest,
and praise his name forever.
I’m gonna live the way that he wants me to live,
because of what he has done for me.
I’m gonna do my best to make him proud.
the One who died for me.
